Abstract
The aim of this cultural approach seeks to search for representatios of identity in the nouvel «Qasr al Sanawbar » by Ilham BOURABA. To through the struggle of two different identities and cultures; however, this former was able owing to its colonial missionary activity to create its own right to dominate and control the other, as it managed to put the same in the margin. a number of officials and clerics led those campaigns, which peaked up coinciding with the appointment of Cardinal Lavigerie, who made missionary work an organized work, mainly after the creation of the Association of White Fathers and the Association of White Sisters, which took care of the category of orphaned girls along with their Christian upbringing
