The laws of discourse between Arabic rhetoric and the Western linguistic lesson

Abstract
Rhetoric and deliberation share the fact that they are studying ways of communicating meaning to the recipient in the simplest and best ways, and this is why they are looking at the language and the methods of using it, considering that the language is a means of communication between the communicators. This has led researchers in these two disciplines to research the necessary and appropriate rules to achieve this goal, we find that rhetoric discuss the circumstances of the speech, such as the sender and the recipient and the speech, and deliberation looking at some of the discussion of the rules of speech. As a result, we will try to compare these laws which regulate the communication process between Arab rhetoric and the Western linguistic lesson, in order to reach the positions of agreement and differences between them and to highlight the deliberative dimension of the ancient Arabic dialect thinkin
