Abstract

 The twenty first century's world faces a huge technological revolution that produces an overwhelming information fluxes and great and rare knowledge outbreak. Education and teaching sector, in his quest to not be outdone, aspires to exploit Information and Communication Technologies in teaching/learning processes as technological devices enable higher and rapid mastery of information amounts through data saving, processing, restoring and communicating. No doubt, such procedures entail many hindrances that have to be overcome and solved.
